Working With Me
Therapy with me is a process of remembering, returning to the parts of you that already know how to belong, to love, to feel, and to move through change. In a world that prizes productivity over presence, it can be easy to forget that healing isn’t about striving toward a better version of yourself, but about slowing down enough to meet what’s here with honesty and care.
Our work begins by listening to the language of the body, the stories beneath your thoughts, and the patterns that once protected you but may no longer serve. Together, we’ll explore the places where you feel stuck, disconnected, or uncertain, not to pathologize them but to understand what they’re trying to express. This is often where the first openings happen, in the pause between reaction and awareness.
My approach weaves nervous system literacy, Internal Family Systems, attachment work, and somatic awareness. I draw from nature and ritual as mirrors for growth, inviting you to notice the cycles within your own life, beginnings and endings, grief and renewal, contraction and expansion. These rhythms are part of being human; therapy gives them a space to be seen and integrated.
I work with people who are in transition, young adults finding their footing in the world, creatives navigating meaning and burnout, those healing from loss or heartbreak, and anyone seeking a more embodied relationship with themselves and others. Our sessions are collaborative and adaptive: sometimes reflective, sometimes practical, always oriented toward bringing you into deeper relationship with your own experience.
Working together is less about reaching a fixed outcome and more about cultivating an inner capacity to feel without becoming overwhelmed, to express yourself without shame, and to live in alignment with what feels true. This is slow work, but it’s real work. A practice of returning to your body, to the present, to the pulse of life itself.
